70 grams margarine
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 paket of baking powder
Flour (approximately 5-6 cups)
3 medium size apples
1/3 cup walnuts (removed from skin)
1 teaspoon cinammon
3 tablespoons sugar
Peel and grate the apples. Mix the grated apples, sugar (3 tablespoons) and walnut in a pot at low heat until the juice that is released from the apples is absorbed. Remove from heat and add cinammon to the mixture.
In a wide bowl, mix the margarine, egg, milk, sugar (1/3 cup). Then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla to the mixture. Mix until the dough forms a ball.
Split the dough into 5 pieces. Roll out one of them into a 30 cm diameter circle and split it into 8. Place a teaspoon of the apple mixture on the edge and roll them up. Place the rolled up tarts on a baking sheet. Repeat for the other dough pieces.
Bake the tarts at 150 degrees Celcius for 20-25 minutes and then at 175 degrees Celcius until the dough cooks. After they cool down, the apple tarts can be topped with powdered sugar before being served.

150 grams of butter (room temperature)
1/6 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
4 tablesppons of powdered sugar
1 packet of baking powder
3-4 cups of flour
2 large apples
1/3 cup walnuts (grinded)
1 teaspoon of cinammon
½ cup of powdered sugar
Grate the apples and heat in a pan at low heat until it released some juice.
Add the sugar and cook until the juice is absorbed.
Add the cinammon and walnuts and remove from heat.
For the dough, mix the butter, vegetable oil and yoghurt in a bowl.
Add the powdered sugar (4 tablespoons) and the baking powder and start forming a large ball of dough.
Add the flour to the dough slowly until the dough does not stick to your fingers.
Split the dough into small spheres with a diameter of approximately 5 cm.
Roll out each spehere with a rolling pin to a circle with a diameter of approximately 12 cm.
Cut the circle into four.
Place the apple mixture on the wide part of the dough and roll it towards the narrow part. Place on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and bake until the dough is cooked.
They can be served after being topped with powdered sugar.
